has agreed to terms with the Vancouver Whitecaps of the USL A-League.

Arze recently completed his career at Mercer entrenched in the record books. The Santa Cruz, Bolivia native is second all-time with 19 assists, seventh with 21 career goals and tied for sixth with 61 points.
